The company was founded by Joshua Pena, whose goal is to help small business owners either acquire their next business or scale the one they already operate. Bridge was built around a simple idea: most small businesses struggle not because of effort, but because of structure, systems, and access to the right growth strategies.

 

While widely cited industry data suggests a large percentage of startups fail within the early stages, Bridge focuses on addressing the practical reasons behind that—lack of acquisition strategy, weak customer pipelines, and inefficient operations.
